Alphabet Activity Cards is an open-ended alphabet and vocabulary activity for early learners. Each card features a letter paired with an animal, and gives students two tasks to complete. First, they unscramble shuffled strips of the animal picture to restore it to the correct image. Second, they arrange scrambled letter tiles to correctly spell the animal’s name. Cards are drawn randomly from all 26 letters of the alphabet, so every drag brings a new letter and a new challenge.
How It Works
- Drag the card from the deck on the left to pull out a new activity card.
- On the card, drag the image strips up or down (or left or right) until the animal picture is in the correct order.
- Drag the letter tiles along the bottom of the card to spell the animal’s name correctly.
- When each task is completed correctly, the card header flashes and confetti appears.
- Pull new cards from the deck as many times as needed.
- Press Clear to remove all active cards from the screen at once.
